A Trusted Learning and Development Advisor
Neurodiversity in the workplace refers to the inclusion and support of individuals who think, learn, or process information differently—such as those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences. Our Neurodiversity in the Workplace training empowers Australian organisations to build inclusive, innovative, and high-performing teams by embracing diverse cognitive perspectives.
Now, we’ve built some key questions to identify the neurodiversity courses that will work best for your organisation. Ideally, you’ll catch up with the facilitator and the instructional designer at least 2 weeks before the course delivery.
The great news is that we can deliver the course in such a manner that it will be a positive learning experience for everyone. We’ve run over 100 in-house neurodiversity courses now, and the key is making sure the instructional design of the in-house neurodiversity workshop fits with the workplace context. Our neurodiversity awareness training is fully customised for teams across Australia. We can invite some neurodiverse people to the training to mingle, and it gives your participants an opportunity to ask them questions one on one in a comfortable, safe setting. This inclusive training approach enhances understanding and builds neuroinclusive workplaces.
