Payment is due immediately after the scheduled delivery date. A deposit might be required for new customers.

Payment: Payment is due after the scheduled delivery date. Payment details on invoice.

Cancellation and Postponement fees: The client may cancel/postpone up to 20 working days before the agreed commencement date without incurring any fees (except any obtained travel and accom expenses will need to be reimbursed).

• Less than 20 working days before agreed commencement date, 50% of the total amount is payable plus any obtained travel and accom expenses reimbursed.
• Less than 12 working days before the agreed project commencement date, the total amount is payable plus any obtained travel and accom expenses reimbursed.
• Contractually we need to reimburse our network of people and as a result these cancellation fees apply.

 

Venue: The training venue and refreshments are usually arranged by the client. The client is responsible for providing training equipment e.g. whiteboard, flipchart, data projector, as required.
