2. Prioritising – The ability to constantly juggle never ending deadlines. (ever go home feeling you didn’t get much important stuff done)
3. Perseverance – Staying on course (no distractions)
4. Patience – Knowing when to sit back and wait. (keep your powder dry)
5. Perspective – Seeing the woods from the trees. (it’s easy to get lost in the woods)
6. Project Management – A skill you have got to master. (not simply using project management software – much more than that)
7. Performance Management – Make sure all your team are outcomes based. (some people are having a laugh and are not accountable – enough)
The 7P’s of Higher Performance training program gives participants a toolkit of ideas and practical skills to apply to their daily tasks. By utilising these skills, your people will be empowered to easily accomplish and subsequently stretch their performance targets.
