Financial Acumen Training courses pay dividends. Building financial awareness means people are more clued in to financial metrics. Organisations are being scammed, with little amounts of money being siphoned off at an alarming rate. And we probably all know at least one story where the bookkeeper had a bit of an addiction to a casino, and now the casino has your money. Casinos are quite reluctant to return it too, so it’s best they don’t get your money in the first place! But nowadays, with software, you really only need to understand the numbers. You certainly need to know about budgeting. You also need a working knowledge of how to understand financial reporting.
