The tailored Executive Management Training Course is a unique workshop to bring the executive team together to figure out what’s working well and what’s broken.
The knowledge to fix everything that needs fixing is in the room. The facilitator’s job is to help the group squeeze out new ideas for the organisation. We can run this course at a hotel or resort over 2 x half days with an overnight stay. We can organise everything; you only need to let us know a date and the number of people in the group attending. Tailored executive management workshops provide many opportunities, and sometimes it’s a good idea to invite a minute taker too.
Effective decision-making, leadership and communication skills are imperative to achieving your strategic objectives. Your course facilitator will guide the team through proven organisational models. The executive team interrupts the facilitator when they identify a model that can help the organisation. This model then becomes malleable. The facilitator’s role is then to help the group use this for their benefit.
The best thing about this course is it brings the executive team together to discuss ideas to make the organisation more effective.
For maximum effectiveness, this course is best conducted as an in-house program.
