This is best delivered as a one-on-one CEO training workshop. Privacy is paramount and each CEO needs a safe, confidential, and different context to the training. Sometimes the CEO needs ideas for managing processes. More often, its dealing with the complexity and/or the stakeholders.
Your facilitator will take your CEO through some proven organisational models. The CEO interrupts the facilitator when they want to flesh out a model. Actually the CEO interrupts the facilitator whenever they like. The course then tic-tacs to an idea generating session.
The goal of the course is for the CEO to walk away with a couple of proven strategies to improve the organisation.
At the conclusion of this course, participants should be able to:
