Take your leaders and managers offsite for a night. It doesn’t have to be hugely expensive if you’re on a tight budget. Taking them away means they don’t have all the distractions. And people like to be invited to a strategy meeting. Over 1.5 Days, your facilitator will help formulate/tweak/change your organisation’s path forward.
