Authentic Leadership
Authentic leadership is a giant step forward. It adds realness to your leaders. Employees and stakeholders are apathetic to PR and sanitised fake leadership. Authentic leaders have the X factor that creates calmness and instils loyalty. Authentic leaders are comfortable in their own skin with their strengths and weaknesses and often ooze confidence. Even when faced with seemingly insurmountable challenges their optimism becomes an unstoppable force.
Are you an authentic leader?

Plan of action
Ambiguity causes havoc in communications. Due to our cultural upbringing and our conditioning, we perceive the world differently to everyone else. Our clear as crystal instructions are clear as mud to other people. By developing contrast skills, we will learn to chip away at the edge of our perceptive world and see a much bigger picture.
“Those who write clearly have readers, those who write obscurely have commentators.” – Abraham Lincoln

Supervisors often report feeling “stuck in the middle”. This sandwich effect is not new and has a huge impact on productivity and morale. Our supervisor training courses will help your supervisors find new and exciting challenges in their roles. Participants critique supervisory case studies and hypothetical issues from your industry.
This course also introduces participants to a behavioural and attitudinal checklist to boost existing levels of employee engagement and is a vital part of any employee upskilling program.
A random sample of 79 top supervisors completed a survey to identify leadership gaps and/or weaknesses in the existing frontline management course. A team of organisational psychologists and leadership consultants extracted statistically significant data from the surveys to build this course.
Supervisors need to be constantly vigilant of positive and negative behaviours in the workplace.
72% of supervisors felt a disconnection between their supervisor’s role and the organisation’s direction. 78% of supervisors were unaware of the organisation’s strategic objectives.
No surprises here. 79% of respondents disliked or strongly disliked the performance management part of their role. Participants felt very uncomfortable having performance management discussions.
When organisations undergo change, it is often a stop/start affair. This session helps participants communicate the need for change and break down change barriers and silos by providing change management and project management training.
62% of respondents would like a wider range of practical tools to deal with escalated workplace issues. Influencing better outcomes was also high (62%) on the wish list when dealing with emotive issues. Useful tools include crisis management training and front-line management training.
EI was not a stated need. However the statistically significant data picked up an EI gap in team development and learning. This module will help participants interact better with each other.
This program can be conducted as in-house training at your offices anywhere in Australia.
Guidelines
Advanced negotiation skills workshops are critical if your people are negotiating deals more than $50,000. Behavioural experiments conclude that people who have not mastered the art of negotiation will concede up to 5 times the amount of concessions that a master negotiator will concede. This course was designed to give you the strategies that the master negotiators learn at advanced negotiation training courses. A master negotiating course can run over 2 weeks so fasten your seat belts for an accelerated negotiating skills workshop.
Participants must have negotiation skills experience to attend this course and it is assumed the basics of negotiating are understood.
This course is tailored to meet your exact requirements. This course also compares existing team negotiating styles with external negotiating styles.
Please pick 3 of the case studies/scenarios below which you believe are closest to the negotiating deals which your team encounters:

There has been a major push in Australia towards ITIL® (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). This is becoming a default standard in the IT industry. This identifies that IT is a service and all IT workers are service providers. However, this breakthrough course goes further and creates a “service” culture and mindset within the IT Department. Imagine taking your IT Team to the brink of customer service excellence where they are completely engaged by the service nature of their role too. There is a perception that some IT workers don’t really want to be “service providers”. Ideally IT should be like every other top quality internal service.
Test the quality of your existing IT service delivery
