In today’s fast-paced work environment, challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, and even routine tasks may seem more frustrating. If you’ve noticed an increase in tension or frustration around you—or within yourself—this workshop is designed to help.
The first half of this workshop focuses on building resilience, offering practical tips that previous participants have found easy to implement in daily routines. The second half shifts toward positive change, equipping participants to inspire a contagious positive attitude within their teams.
With insights from researcher Martin Seligman and the Scott and Jaffe change model, this workshop empowers participants to view change as a pathway to new opportunities.
Participants will learn how to fortify their resilience and approach tasks with a fresh, positive outlook. The workshop covers techniques for handling stress, embracing change and fostering a supportive environment. Drawing from Martin Seligman’s research on positivity and the Scott and Jaffe change model, participants gain tools to drive meaningful change in the workplace. By the end, they will have a toolkit of strategies for resilience and a blueprint for creating a constructive, proactive approach to change.
