Strength Based Leadership Training Course

Strength based leadership training is controversial. Some organisations think it’s better to fix leadership weaknesses. Whereas this methodology acknowledges that everyone has leadership deficits, so why not focus on their leadership strengths.

In our office there are a few people that are brilliant in their client relationship roles but have slight (they are reading this) deficits with maths. I did say “slight”. I don’t know if training them up mathematically would be a good use of resources when they are perfect in their roles, and they don’t need to understand the rigours of all the financial shenanigans. Hang on, the phone is ringing. I think I’m being taking to the Fair Work Ombudsman. How did they read this so quickly?

Maximise your team’s potential by harnessing their unique abilities. This course will show you how to identify and leverage each team member’s talents to drive individual performance and improve overall effectiveness. You’ll gain insight into why focusing on strengths is key to building a high-performing team, and learn strategies to cultivate a positive workplace culture that values diversity and individual excellence. Take this opportunity to strengthen your leadership skills and create a team that thrives by working to its strengths.
