This workshop equips participants with tools to deal with these behaviours. You’ll learn various helpful strategies that will aid you in navigating tricky conversations and understanding how to handle difficult conversations. We’ll also explore ways to recognise destructive behaviour and constructively address situations before they become worse. These duck hood behaviours can take a toll on you, so this course will help you regain control.
We’ve been surprised the popularity of this course as its quite new. But I guess if your people are truly dealing with some unpleasant people then it makes sense to call a duck a duck. The facilitators are often asked if the duck-hood is a substitute for another name. The instructors will always say “no” (perhaps with a smile). We’ve had organisations put their entire staff through this course. It’s a breakthrough.
Previous participants have asked us if this is a dealing with d*ckheads training course. It’s not as we only deliver professional courses and the facilitator doesn’t use those words.
